Meet The Founder

I'm Morgan, founder of Golden Hour Nanny Co. My passion for childcare began over 10 years ago, where I had the privilege of caring for children of all ages and supporting families through every stage—from newborns to school-aged children. Those experiences gave me a deep understanding of what families truly need in a nanny and what exceptional caregivers need to feel valued and supported.

In 2024, I founded the Nashville Nanny Connect Facebook community with a simple goal: to create a trusted space where families and professional caregivers could connect. What began as a small idea grew into a thriving community that has connected thousands of parents and nannies. Today, that community continues to grow under the care of an incredible team, allowing me to focus on creating a more personalized placement experience through Golden Hour Nanny Co.

I know firsthand that choosing a nanny is one of the most important decisions a family can make. A nanny is more than childcare—they become a trusted partner, someone who helps create meaningful moments, supports a child’s growth, and becomes part of a family's story. That’s why Golden Hour Nanny Co. was created: to thoughtfully connect families with exceptional, thoroughly vetted caregivers who share their values, needs, and vision for care. Every match is made with intention, because the right connection can make all the difference.
